Applications for the Holland 2017 Scholarships have commenced. The scholarships are being provided by the Dutch Ministry of Education, Culture and Science in partnership with several Dutch research universities and universities of applied sciences..
The Holland Scholarship is for international students from outside the European Economic Area (EEA) who wish to pursue a Bachelor’s or Masters programme in the Netherlands.

Scholarship Value:
The scholarship is worth € 5,000 which is giving to recipients of the scholarship in the first year of their studies. Please note that this is not a full-tuition scholarship.
Who Can Apply?
To apply for this scholarship, applicants are to meet the following criteria;
- Your nationality is non-EEA.
- You are applying for a full-time bachelor’s or master’s programme at one of the participating Dutch higher education institutions.
- You meet the specific requirements of the institution of your choice. You can find these on the website of the institution.
- You do not have a degree from an education institution in the Netherlands.

How To Apply:
Applicants are to check for their programme in the overview of participating research universities or in the overview of participating universities of applied sciences.
The detailed information on application procedure and deadlines will be found on the links provided in both lists.
You will be contacted by the University once you have been awarded a scholarship.
Application Deadlines
The deadline for application is either 1 February 2017 or 1 May 2017. Applicants are to check the website of the institution of their choices to confirm the correct deadline.
