The management of Delta State Polytechnic, Otefe-Oghara invites applications from suitable qualified candidates for the post utme screening exercise of the institution. All candidates who chose Delta State Poly Otefe Oghara as their first or second choice and scored 150 and above in the 2014 UTME are invited to the screening exam. Candidates who chose other polytechnics but wish to change to Delta Poly Otefe can still apply provided they changed institution with JAMB.
METHOD OF APPLICATION:
Prospective candidates are to pay a non-refundable processing fee of Three thousand, Five hundred naira only (N3,500.00) for the screening forms at any branch of the following banks nationwide;

Screening forms are available for collection at Admissions Office, Delta State Poly Otefe-Oghara on the presentation of bursary receipt of N3,500.00 processing fee.
SCREENING DATE:
The screening exercise takes place in all departments on the scheduled dates as follows, 14th and 15th August, 2014.
Document required for the screening are;
1) JAMB and Internet Result slip (you are advisd to get the one that bears your photograph, if you don't have this, click here to get yours).
2) O/L results.
3) Certificate of Local Government of Origin.
4) Two recent passport photographs.
5) The Screening Form (photocopy).
6) Writing materials.
APPLICATION DEADLINE:
The application forms should reach the Admissions office on or before 12th August, 2014.
