It has come to the notice of the SUG that there has been a purported increase in the school fees proposed for the 2023/2024 academic session. The Union believes that this is a move from some unscrupulous elements who the Union believes have hacked into the school's portal in a bid to taint the image of the management and this will be accepted by the Students' Union and as such the Union is giving a directive to the general students to kindly disregard this mirage as it's a mere optical mirage of what is truly obtainable. Students ate therefore sttongly advised to not proceed with any payments until the issue is resolved.
The Union therefore urges all students to remain calm, peaceful and Law abiding as we move to engage all officers of the Union (the Executive Council, the Supreme Students' Senate and the Students' Representative Council) in a joint emergency meeting. Be rest assured that the SUG will be carrying the general student community along as we are involved in this.
