DELSU Vice-Chancellor notice to students as the school resumes

The Vice-Chancellor, Delta State University, Professor Andy O. Egwunyenga on behalf of Senate, Management, and staff of the University heartily welcome all diploma students and undergraduate students (except 100 level and final year students ) back on Campus.

We thank God for bringing you all back in safety and that no one was a victim of the COVID-19 Pandemic.  The Vice-Chancellor urges all returning students to strictly observe the University’s COVID-19 prevention protocols, particularly mandatory wearing of face masks, social distancing, frequent hand washing and use of sanitizers.  

The Vice-Chancellor, also, wishes to advise all returning students to comply with the University’s approved COVID 19 facilities upgrade fee as indicated below.

1.    All undergraduates and diploma students are to make payment of N4,000.00 while postgraduate students,  are to make payment of  N10,000.00 only to their respective designated banks

2.    After payment in the designated banks, students should log on to the University Website (www.delsu.edu.ng) and print registration reconfirmation/revalidation using their matriculation numbers as login detail.  This should be done the next day after payment.

3.    A copy of the printed registration reconfirmation/revalidation should be submitted to their various Heads of Department.

4.    The deadline for payment is two weeks from the date of this publication, which is November 16 to December 3, 2020.

Note: 

The schedule below shows the designated Banks and Account details where students of each Faculty and Postgraduate School are expected to make their payments.  Students are strongly advised to make their payment through the Bank and Account designated for the respective faculties.  This is to ensure a hitch-free revalidation of their course registration.
