Management noted with delight, the successful conclusion of the last lap of the second-semester examinations for the 2019/2020 session.
Against this backdrop, Management wishes to express its profound appreciation to staff and students of the University as well as all other stakeholders for their unwavering commitment and effort in ensuring the success of all the examinations and the eventual completion of the 2019/2020 academic session in spite of all obvious odds.
Furthermore, Management wishes to reiterate its commitment to the welfare of staff and students with a view to enhancing the existing cordial and harmonious working relationship in the University Community
(ii) Christmas/End of Year Break:
Management has decided that Members of the University Community should proceed on Christmas/End of Year Break with effect from Thursday, December 24th, 2020 to Sunday, January 3rd, 2021. The Break is to enable them to spend good and quality time with their loved ones during the yuletide.
However, all essential services will be provided during the period of break To this effect, Directors of Works and Services, University Health Services and the Chief Security Officer should take necessary steps to ensure that all essential services are provided during the period.
