QUALIFICATIONS:
i. A Doctorate degree
ii. At least three (3) years full time teaching experience as an Associate Professor
iii. A minimum of forty-five (45) points from publications, of which, 27 points (60%) must be from journals. Of the 27 points, 12 points shall come from publications indexed in THOMSON REUTERS (CLARIVATE ANALYTICS) or SCOPUS. The remaining 18 points shall come from national (10 points 22%) and local (8 points 18%) publications. This shall include articles in journals, chapters in books, refereed conference proceedings and books, etc.
iv. H-index matrix of at least 6 points
v. All his/her works must be published
