Admission to the National Diploma in the Crown Polytechnic Ado-Ekiti shall be partly on the basis of performance in the Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination conducted by the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) and partly on a good Senior Secondary Certificate(SSCE) or General Certificate of Education (GCE) Ordinary Level or West Africa School Certificate (WASC).
Generally, candidate must have at least four credit passes including English Language and Mathematics at the GCE 'O' Level or its equivalent to qualify for admission to any of the schools. For this purpose, a combination of credit passes at 'O' Level in four different subjects and not more than two sittings will be acceptable.
Candidates will also be required to fulfill such School and Departmental entry requirements as may be prescribed from time to time.
ADMISSION TO HIGHER NATIONAL DIPLOMA
Candidates must meet all the requirements for admission into the appropiate ND programme plus
(a) A mnimum of lower credit pass in the ND programme and
(b) A minimum of one year post ND cognate work experience.
NOTE: Candidates with ordinary pass in the relevant ND programmes must have a minimum of two years cognate work experience.
