The newly appointed Vice-Chancellor of the Crawford University, Prof. Reuben Kolo has expressed his commitment to improving the academic performances of students in the institution. He said he would utilize the world’s best practices in teaching and learning to achieve this feat.
He maintained that he would synthesize the efforts of the outgoing VC and establish programmes that would attract more students into the university which will, in turn, contribute to the development of the institution.
As regards the COVID-19 pandemic, the professor remarked that he will build and expand the ICT system where students would study online through the learning management system.
The management of Crawford University had on September 16, 2020, during the institution’s Senate meeting approved the appointment of Kolo as the next Vice-Chancellor of the University with effect from October 5, 2020.
Prof. Reuben Kolo became a professor of Water Resources, Aquaculture and Fisheries Technology on October 1, 2010.
