With the current resurgence of the Corona Virus (COVID-19) disease in the University community, the Medical Centre wishes to appeal to every member of staff to please keep calm as we remain on top of the situation and to continue to take the necessary precautions against the Corona Virus disease such as:
Proper use of face masks by everyone at all times
Regular washing of hands and use of hand sanitizers
Avoidance of crowds both within and outside the University
Use of immune boosters such as Vitamin C and Vitamin D
Reporting early sign of illness such as a fever and cough immediately
Social (physical) distancing at all times
Cough etiquette; coughing into the elbows only
