The University of Oxford Commonwealth Shared Scholarship Scheme offers International Students the opportunity to pursue a Masters degree at Oxford University.
The scholarship covers course fees, college fees and a grant for living costs of at least £12,408.
Eligibility
- Applicants must be International Students.
- Applicants must be applying to start a new Master’s course at Oxford.
- Applicants must also be willing to confirm in writing that neither you, nor your family, are able to pay for you to study in the UK (you will be asked to confirm this if you are nominated for the scholarship by Oxford; you do not need to provide confirmation in advance)
- Applicants must be willing to return to their home country as soon as their award comes to an end (the Commonwealth Scholarship Commission will only consider requests to extend leave to remain in the UK post-award for those wishing to progress from master’s to PhD study and strict conditions will apply).
Application Process
Applicants are to select Commonwealth Shared Scholarship Scheme in the Funding section of the University’s graduate application form while applying to study at Oxford University.
Application Deadline
The application deadline for this scholarship is on 6 or 20 January 2017 (depending on your course)
