Coca-Cola Beverages South Africa (CCBSA) has an exciting opportunity in the HR & Project Department. We are looking for talented individual/s to obtain the relevant skills and development towards a National certificate in Business administration – Learnership, which will be based at multiple sites.

A Learnership is a structured learning programme that combines theoretical training and on-the-job learning in an integrated programme. The theoretical aspects of the learning are entrenched with work-based learning.

Further characteristics of a Learnership are:

  • A Learnership leads to a national qualification registered on the (NQF) Qualification Framework.
  • The qualification is based on SAQA (South African Qualifications Authority) registered unit standards.
  • The unit standards are written to reflect value adding skills required in the workplace and contains the outcomes and assessment criteria.
  • Competence is demonstrated in the workplace utilising a variety of assessment methods and using the assessment criteria as the standard of performance.

Key Responsibilities: Complete NQF level 4 : National certificate – Business Administartion Programme. Provide administrative support throughout the year, during peak business periods and when teams are on leave. The Learnership is a structured integrated learning programme that combines theoretical (formal) training and on-the-job learning (structured work experience).

Requirements for Unemployed Learnership Qualification

COMPETENCIES

  • Employment Equity
  • South African citizens
  • Aged between 18 and 35
  • Candidate Must be unemployed
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Candidates must be willing to commit for 12 months
  • Present a valid medical record detailing their disability
  • Self-motivated, Organised, Results Driven ,Attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a flexible working environment (includes week-ends and public holidays)
  • Ability to work in a pressurised working environment
  • No criminal record or a negative credit record
  • Candidates must not be enrolled in any formal full time studies
  • Candidate must be willing to attend classes weekdays, and Saturdays if required must be willing to work at the Regional location.

QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE

  •  A Grade 12 qualification with Maths and English (pass rate of at least 50%) is essential
  • Proficiency in English and any other South African language
  • 1 Year work experience
  • Must not have previously completed the same qualification/learnership at another company or organisation 

This is an opportunity whereby disabled candidates will be given preference for this position. Candidates: -Must have a minimum of Matric considered. -Must be unemployed. -Must not have previously completed the same qualification/learnership (NQF Level 4 HR Management Practice and Support) at another company or organisation. Candidates who do not meet these requirements will not be considered.
