CBT Competition Issues - Resolved!

CBT Competition Issues - Resolved!

Hello Dear SchoolGisters,

We see you guys have been having fun since the competition began on 21st Nov. Well sit back and relax because this fun is going to last for the next 1 month, and the good thing is that we will be rewarding you guys every week.

Remember, the key to winning this competition is to write as many CBT test as you can in a week, while maintaining a high score. No other test can be as rigorous as that and we believe all our winners will be entirely worthy to win our prizes.

No doubt, we had some complains over the last day since the competition started and we would just like to clear a few things, so that no one will be left out of this competition. We believe every winner should come forth fairly and so we will do our best to rectify any issues as quickly as possible;

Whenever a major issue is encountered in SchoolGist CBT Challenge, we will update this thread and possibly proffer a solution to the issues ASAP.

Here are the resolved issues;

1.
Issue: Unexpected shutdown (Crash) of on-going exam and total loss of results.
Cause: Browser in Use (Opera Mini) - Inability to handle large data.
Solution: The ultimate solution to this is to Please use Chrome Browser, UC Browser, Firefox or Any other internet browser on your phone. You can download them for free from the google play store. The issue will be resolved.

2.
Issue: Grading System: So many complains have been that you do so well in a particular exam, yet you can't find yourself on the ranking.
Cause: Lack of Practice
Solution: There's really nothing wrong with the grading system. Our system is built to ultimately favour those, who have practiced a good number of times. This means if you continue practicing (and scoring as high as you can), you will definitely come higher than those who practice just a few times. Keep practicing, you will win.

3. Issue: Incorrect/Incomplete Questions and Answers : Yes, SchoolGist is made up of humans and we can also make mistakes
Cause: Human or Typographical Error
Solution: There is a report button while viewing the explanations of a question. If you find any of these issues, simply report such questions or answers and if you can, provide a possible solution with your book reference. We will look into it and try to resolve the issue as quickly as possible so you don't encounter such again.

If you think there is an issue that is yet to be resolved, please feel free to post it in the comments section below and we will do well to resolve ASAP.
