The Catholic Relief Services (CRS) is pleased to announce its International Development Fellows Program for the 2023/24 cohort. The fellowship program prepares dedicated global citizens to pursue a career in international relief and development work.
The Fellows Program is designed for individuals dedicated to a career in international development, with a focus on program management or operations. All Fellows complete a comprehensive practical training that includes project management, project design and proposal development, partnership and capacity sharing, monitoring and evaluation, budget and resource management, supply chain, logistics, human resources and security protocols. Upon successful completion of the fellowship, many Fellows obtain roles with CRS.

Aim and Benefits of Catholic Relief Services International Development Fellows Program

Requirements for Catholic Relief Services International Development Fellows Program Qualification
- Graduate degree (Master’s level or higher) in relevant field (e.g. Sustainable Development, Global Affairs, Development Economics, Public Administration, Agriculture, Health, Business, Finance, Supply Chain)
- At least six months of work or volunteer experience in a developing country
- Must be willing and able to be based in locations with tropical and infectious diseases and limited access to medical facilities
- Fluency in English with strong oral and written communication skills
- Professional proficiency in a second language (preference given to major languages where CRS works e.g. French, Arabic)
Interview date, Process and Venue for Catholic Relief Services International Development Fellows Program
- Applications will be accepted through November 30, 2022. The top candidates will be invited to complete a video interview, language test and final interview.
- Due to the high volume of applications and rolling basis of the review, candidates will only be contacted if and when they advance to the next stage of the selection process.
