It is hereby announced for the Information of the General Public particularly Deltans in Nigerian Universities that following the approval by the Nigerian-Sao Tome and Principe Joint Development Authority to grant Scholarship to selected Indigent Students of Delta State origin in Nigerian Universities.

- Applicants must be Deltans
- Applicants must be in their first year of study in any Nigerian Institution.
- Applicants must be proficient in English Language
