The screening of the newly admitted students of Bayero University, Kano (BUK) has commenced. All freshmen admitted in the 2011/2012 admission year should note the following steps for a successful registration/screening.
1. Collection of admission letters as earlier published here on schoolgist.ng.
2. Medical examination; at this step, the Candidate should go to any government hospital to conduct a medical examination.
3. Candidates are to pay the sum of three thousand naira (N3,000.00) as acceptance fee at any bank within the two campuses of the University.
4. Screening of credentials and collection of registration numbers. Candidates are to report to the directorate of academic affairs with originals and photocopies of the credentials - including:
>Post UTME registration slips,
>Original JAMB Result Slip or DE Acknowledgement slip(for DE Candidates),
>O' level results (and A level results for DE candidates),
>Primary school leaving certificate,
>Birth certificate,
>Indigene identification,
>Medical examination certificate,
>Completed undertaking form,
>Evidence of payment of acceptance fee,
>Two passport size photograph. At this step, the candidates will collect their registration number for online registration after being successfully screened.
