The Students' Union of Benue State University (BSU) under the Leadership of Comr. Ogbaji Solomon (The Acting President) wish to remind Students as follows:
1. Medical Screening for Freshers: The Students' Union wish to encourage Students who are yet to complete their medical screening at the University Clinic to proceed and do their screening.
The Union wish to remind concern Students that, the efforts made by the Union to reduce the medical screening fee from #10,000 to #2,000 was to make it affordable by Students as such the Union encourage Freshers (100L and 200 Direct Entry Students) to ensure they do their screening and received Certification from the university Clinic.
2. Collection of Students Identity Cards: The collection of Students ID card is ongoing. The Union wish to remind all Fresh Students and Students who didn't have ID Cards to proceed to the university Library to collect their Identity Cards. The criteria for the collection of the ID cards is Second semester School fees receipt, Matriculation Number and Blood Group. The Union wish to encourage concern Students to act accordingly.
3. Resumption of Medical Students: The Students' Union has been in adverse time check on the expiration date of the Suspension. The Students' Union is aware that not less than 9 days are left for dearly colleagues from the Medical College to resume to school (The suspension will expire on the 29th of November,2023).
The Students' Union wish to encourage all concern Medical Students to procure the needed procedures for their resumption. The Union will ensure that the affected Medical Students have a clear path upon their resumption.
4. As early announced, The Students' Union also wish to remind all students into handwork to forward their informations to the union to submit to the management so that the students will be contacted easily once their services are in need. The Union wish to welcome students once again as they resumed for Second semester 2022/2023 Academic Session. The Union encourage students to channel their issues to the Students' Union for effective service.
