Bowen University Supplementary Admission Screening – 2018/2019

Bowen University has been granted approval by the National Universities Commission to commence the following programmes with effect from 2018/2019 academic session:

i. Medical Laboratory Science – 5 sessions
ii. Public Health                     – 5 sessions

All programmes are based in the College of Health Sciences.

In this regard, applications are invited from suitably qualified candidates both within and outside the University who intend to study any of these programmes to apply in writing to the Registrar, Bowen University, attaching photocopy of the earlier letter of admission, for internal candidates, while external candidates are to visit the University website (www.bowenuniversity.edu.ng) to complete the online admission form and then come to the University for screening exercise.

Admission Requirements

Candidates must possess five O’ Level credits to include: English Language, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry and Biology with O’level Senior Secondary School Certificate Examination (SSSCE) or O’level General Certificate of Education or its equivalents and must have taken the 2018 JAMB Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME)

Document Required Screening

Candidates are required to come along with the original and photocopies of the following:
a) O’ level Results
b) UTME Result & Registration Slip
c) Choice of Institution Slip
d) Birth Certificate
e) On-line or Off-line Acknowledgement Card
