The Borno State University (BOSU) has embarked on a new chapter as Professor Umar Kyari Sandabe, the pioneer Vice-Chancellor, passed the baton of leadership to Professor Haruna Dantaro Dlakwa, who will now lead the university in an acting capacity until a new Vice-Chancellor is appointed.
