It could be recalled that the Benue State Executive Council meeting communiqué of 13 January, 2021, which was anchored by the Hon. Commissioner for information, Rt. Hon. Ngunan Addingi addressed and affirmed the re-opening of schools as from the 18 of January, 2021.
In line with this therefore, the management of Benue State Polytechnic, Ugbokolo, hereby directs that the Polytechnic should resume on Friday 22 of January, 2021 with immediate effect, while lectures will commence on the 25 January, 2021.
Staff and students should note that strict adherence to Covid 19 protocols must be adhered to as this will be monitored and observed as usual at points of entry, places of activities, gatherings, Lectures and Hostels.
Staff and students are reminded therefore to come along with at least three (3) face masks each and enough hand sanitizers for the remaining part of the semester, which must/should be worn or applied not only in the classrooms, but even in other areas on campus.
On behalf of the entire Benue State Polytechnic Management I wish you Happy New Year and safe travels back to Scnool.
