Babcock university react to complaints by students of poor services

Dear Students, The various complaints received on the prevailing unethical service by some Staff at BUMU towards students have been addressed through the BUSA Academic Committee.

The Service Unit which is responsible for the aiding of students in the correction of grading issues and other result-related complaints have acceded in ensuring that students will be well attended to in subsequent times and they also plead that students should maintain or develop appropriate communication skills so as to enhance the speed in which their issues will be adequately resolved.

To recieve prompt response/solution to issues handled by BUMU, it is advisable to provide these documents: Etranzact Receipt and the Print- out of the result page that contained the grading issue. Also ensure that you go with your Student ldentification (ID) Card.
