The Auchipoly 2014/2015 1st and 2nd Admission Lists are out now on the school notice board.
Admitted students are advised to go to the school for their clearance with the following documents;
1. Original Jamb Result with Passport Photograph
2. WAEC certificate or statement of result or online printout.
3. Acknowledgement slip used during screening
4. Admission Letter: either from School or Jamb. if none, note your admission is not genuine
6. Birth certificate or Sworn Affidavit of Declaration of Age
7. L.G.A certificate or Sworn Affidavit of Local Govt. of Origin..
Please ensure you carry out all registration and submission yourself to avoid biased clearing
and wrong personal info(s).
