The management of Auchi poly are well aware of this which is the reason for the introduction of Change of Course Form for ND and HND courses per session for interested persons.
Drawing from the above, the management of Auchi Polytechnic popularly known as AUCHIPOLY is using this medium to inform the general public that Change of Course forms for 2024/2025 academic session has commenced for the following underlined courses.

Auchi Polytechnic Change of Course Requirements
Candidates seeking for admission to study any of the courses listed above must meet the following requirements below;
1. Must have scored 150 and above except for photography which is 140 and above in the 2024 UTME.
2. Must meet the minimum entry requirements of 5 credits passes at a sitting or 6 credit passes at two (2) sittings.
Procedure On How to Apply for Auchi Polytechnic Change of Course Form
To purchase the form, you must go to Auchi Polytechnic Admission’s Office to collect tally before making payment!
All payments must are to be completed via Polaris Bank Plc (former Skye Bank), Auchi, Edo state.
Auchi Poly Change of Course Form Deadline
The management has announced that 30th of Apri, 2024 is the deadline for submission of Auchi Poly change of course forms. Any form that is submitted beyond 30th of April November 2024, will be rejected automatically.
