National Diploma (ND) Programme Part-Time Requirement
Candidates applying for admission Auchi poly ND programme must possess the following before application;
- Five (5) credit passes in the relevant subjects in SSCE (WASC, NECO, GCE or NABTEB) which must include English Language and Mathematics. Other relevant subjects are Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Agricultural Science, Economics, Government, Geography, Commerce, Accounts etc.

Higher National Diploma (HND) Programme
The Minimum requirements for Admission into the Higher National Diploma are:
- National Diploma (ND) from Auchi polytechnic or other recognized and accredited Polytechnics, with a minimum grade of LOWER CREDIT in relevant discipline.
- HND applicant must have possessed the entry requirement for the corresponding National Diploma (ND) Programme.
- Possession of a certified one year Post-National Diploma Industrial Work Experience in approved establishment, industry or a business organization.
- In rare scenarios, an ND holders with a Pass (CGPA) of 2.00 –2.49) in the ND examination with two or more years of cognate experience in the specific fields may be considered for admission into HND Programme.
