Just like the movies, yesterday was a dreadful day for those living at auchi, the administrative headquarters of Etsako West local government area of Edo State.
Reports gathered was that an unidentified cult group had stormed a lodge of a said to be cultist, where the two opposite parties opened fire at each other which led to the death of six and the residents of the lodge to flee in fear of strange bullets.
Amongst those confirmed dead was a 45-year-old man identified as Shaka Yesufu who was killed at Habiba Hotel while drinking beer at the hotel’s bar that fateful night.
Information gathered was that Shaka was shoot in the head while trying to save the manager of the lodge who had stopped the group from entering, but still got shoot.
