Chris Ngige, the Minister of Labour and Employment has revealed that the federal government will have to explore other options within the labour law should the disagreement between ASUU and the government persist.
The Minister further disclosed that the federal government has met six, out of ASUU's nine demands.
Members of the Academic Staff Union of Universities (ASUU) and representatives of the federal government are expected to meet again this week to resolve the lingering crisis.
