ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
To be eligible for this transformative programme, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Candidates must possess five credits in 0, level at not more than two (2) sittings which shall include, Mathematics, English, Chemistry, Physics and Biology in WAEC,NECO OR NABTEB Applicant for Post Basis Nursing must be registered with Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria with valid practicing license.
- Candidates must not be less than 17 years at the time of purchasing the form.
How To Apply for ASCOHT Nursing Admission Form
Step 1: Go to www.ascoht.edu.ng click on “ADMISSION”, complete the “PURCHASE APPLICATION FORM menu and proceed to “PAYMENT on paystack 2. On completion of payment on “PAYSTACK”, a receipt will be generated with a reference number.
Step 2: Go back to main menu and select “APPLICATION FORM then fill and submit
