The Vice-Chancellor of Arthur Jarvis University has released a statement concerning the observance of COVID-19 prevention protocols and that students should use the period of the curfew in the state to prepare for the ongoing First Semester Examination
See announcement below:
With the EndSars protest still ongoing across different states in the country, I will like to remind our dear staff and students that we are one of the few universities that reopened following the easing of restrictions imposed by the COVID-19 pandemic.
We would like to appeal to all staff and students to show restraint in these challenging times.
In line with Covid-19 protocols for reopening, all staff and off campus students are advised to stay away from large gatherings and potential crisis spots. All on-campus students should be guided at all times by the Students' Code.
Students are encouraged to use the period of restrictions imposed by the curfew to prepare adequately for the ongoing First Semester examinations.
With best wishes for your good health and safety."
