This is to bring to the attention of the entire staff in the College, that arrangements have been concluded by the Management to introduce an Operation Show Your Identity Card (I.D. Card) as the right of entry into the College Premises. This is part of the Security measures being Introduced as strategies that could help monitor the influx of Unauthorised Persons and further detect people of questionable characters coming into and or going outside the Campus.
The measure was necessitated by the recent upsurge and escalation of the rampancy in cases of thievery, burglary, and vandalism of College and Staff Property by some unscrupulous elements. The magnitude of these unwarranted acts has been so disturbing and appalling, thereby leading to help curtail the ugly situation of the recent review of the entire Security architecture of the Institution to and strongly advised to Report to the Security Office for onward.
Therefore, all those Staff without I.D. Cards are hereby kindly requested and strongly advised to report to the security office for onward replacement and or direct issuance of the said item preparatory to the introduction of the new policy. The new order is to commence shortly for strict adherence by the individual Staff accordingly, please.
