The attention of the Students Union Government of the Ambrose Alli University (AAU) has been drawn to a publication by the authorities of the department of nursing the said publication among other things mandates all final year students to pay a sum of 7,000(Seven thousand naira) on or before October 10th, 2020 for their project defense
According to the SUG president, this fee/instruction is unjust and strange and the union has therefore contacted the Vice-chancellor to discuss the anomaly and register out disagreement and further request a cancelation of the department directive. This he sees reason with and has agreed to.
In clear terms, the vice-chancellor has thus directed that NO STUDENTS SHOULD PAY THE N7,000 project defense fee
All students who have made payment already are directed to return to the department and request a refund in the event that you experience resistance or hesitation kindly report the same.
