Al-Qalam University Registration Guidelines for Fresh and Returning students

This is to inform is the prospective students of Al-Qalam University that the management of the Institution has stated the registration guidelines for both fresh and returning students. The guidelines is as follows:

FRESH STUDENTS

  1. Create account from https://sis.auk.edu.ng or you click on 'Apply Here' tab on AUK website https://auk.edu.ng
  2. Generate Invoice to pay N10,000 Application form
  3. Login with your Remita Reference Number (RRR) as Username and password
  4. Create your profile and wait for admission
  5. Check your admission status regularly
  6. Print your Al-Qalam University Admission letter
  7. Proceed to Admission confirmation venue
  8. Present your AUK Admission letter, JAMB Admission letter and original credentials for persual
  9. Get your Confirmation letter after being cleared by confirmation officer
  10. Generate invoice for payment of fees Pay your fees through the various payment methods (Card, Internet, Wallet, Bank etc)
  11. Verify payment and proceed for courses registration.

RETURNING STUDENTS

  • Login with your registration number and password
  • Generate invoice for payment of fees
  • Pay the generated invoice and proceed for courses registration.
