To apply for the form you must have met the following requirements;
- Academic Qualifications: Candidates must possess 5 credits in SSCE examinations, which include WAEC, NECO, and NABTEB. The required subjects are English, Mathematics, Chemistry, Physics, and Biology.
- Sitting Requirements: These credits should be obtained in no more than two sittings. Candidates have the flexibility to combine NECO and WAEC results, although NABTEB qualifications must be presented separately.
Selection of candidates will be based on academic qualifications, performance at the entrance examination and oral interview.
