The management of Akwa Ibom State Polytechnic gives priority to both 100 level and final year students before students in 200 level, 300 level or 400 level as the case may be, will be considered. The Akwa Ibom State Polytechnic hostel accommodation for students is conducive for students. Though Akwa Poly hostel accommodation fee varies from hostel to hostel. I will list the hostel fees below so it is up to you to decide if you are going to be interested in making use of the school hostel or renting a room outside the Akwa Poly campus. Please note that hostel accommodation in Akwa Poly is not compulsory. However, it is advised that fresh students especially stay within the school campus at least in their first year.

Hostel Accommodation Fee is between 15,000 to 20,000 Naira per student.

HOW TO APPLY FOR Akwa Poly ACCOMMODATION FEE 2024/2025 SESSION
On how to apply for Akwa Poly hostel accommodation fee, newly admitted students are to follow the steps below:
Step 1 – To apply for Akwa Poly hostel accommodation, visit the school portal via: https://portal.akwaibompoly.edu.ng/login.aspx and login with your username and password.
Step 2 – Follow the steps required to make payment
Step 3 – Take your payment proof (online slip) to the student affairs division for documentation and hostel allocation.
NOTE:
Students that require space in any of the reserved halls should submit their payment slip to student affairs.
Bed space allocation will be on ‘FIRST COME FIRST SERVE BASIS’ as hostel accommodation is limited.
