Ajayi Polytechnic resumption notice

Consequent upon the directive of the Federal Ministry of Education that the earlier announced date for resumption, Monday, 18th January 2021, still stands, the Polytechnic management has approved the resumption of academic activities effective from Monday, 18th January 2021.

While the school managenment has put in place necessary precautions to curtail the spread of the corona virus (COVID-19) on its campus, it is sine qne nón to remind the entire members of the Ajayi Polytechnic community to religiously adhere to the following guidelines:

Compulsory wearing of Facemasks by all students, Academic Staff and non-academic staff.

Submit to thorough temperuture check at the school gale before admittance to the school

Endeavour to use the set dispensary hand washing machines placed at strategic places on the campus.

Maintain social distancing in and out of the classrooms

Ensure puting on of face masks while entering all offices on the campus including the bursary.

Please note that while the itemized precaution is being adhere to, the management may come up with other measures to ensure the safety of its members of staff and sfudents.  

Therefore, constant reviews of guidelines are to be expected.

In addendum, while we welcome back the return of students to campus, please not that all students are advised to travel in to Ekiti State during the day. The curfew placed by the Ekiti State govemment, which commences by 8:00pm and ends 6:00am, is still in effect and anyone caught violating the curfew will be persecuted.

Therefore, we advised that all students note this and plan their itinerary to not elash with the above time.
