The management of ACU recently announced the reduction in school fees for only freshly admitted students for the 2024/2025 academic session. Please note that ACU school fees for this academic session that is, 2024/2025 are exactly the same as the previous year
There are two school fees tables below, tuition fee for fresh students and fees for returning students therefore the management of the institution is informing students, parents and guardians that a reduction of 10% of tuition fee for ONLY FRESH STUDENTS of the following categories is now in force:
(a.) Anglican students (Freshers Only)
(b.) Biological Children of ACU staff
(c.) Indigenes of Oyo Community
Note
Anglican students should obtain clearance from the Bursar upon submission of letter from the Bishop of their Diocese. The remaining two categories should also obtain clearance from the Bursar with concrete proof.
The 10% reduction does not apply to returning students and are therefore required to pay their fees as indicated.
Installment Payment:
Ajayi Crowther University allows a maximum of three (3) installment payment of tuition fees. Therefore students must pay fees as amd when due before resumption as failure to adhere would result to refusal into the university Campus.
Also receipts as evidence of payment will be checked by the Bursary staff as a condition for admittance into Ajayi Crowther University – ACU.

MODES OF SCHOOL FEES PAYMENT
Both fresh and returning students are advised to pay their school fees via any of the designated banks as seen in the table above.
Confirmation of school fees account at the customer service department at the designated banks must be done before actual payment as Ajayi Crowther University will not be held responsible for the consequences.
Upon school fees payment, the deposit slip must contain the student’s name (with surname first) as the depositor, account number as seen below for various purposes and submit the deposit slip at the ACU Bursary, in exchange for the official receipt of the University.

(b) Pay Accommodation fee to Stanbic IBTC Account No. 001 870 8351
(c) Pay Acceptance Fee to Stanbic IBTC Account No. 920 240 9902 (New Students ONLY)
(d) Pay Practical Field Works Fee to Stanbic IBTC Account No. 920 240 9902 (Geology Students ONLY)
(e) Pay Annual Parents/Sponsors’ Forum Fee to Skye Bank Account No.114 012 5948 OR Ecobank Account No. 319 202 1430.
(f) Pay ACU Student Assembly (ACUSA) fee directly to the association and collect receipt at their Secretariat.
How To Pay ACU School Fees
Step 1 – Visit the University website (www.acu.edu.ng), locate (on top of the website) and click on ‘ACU Payment Portal‘.
Step 2 – Thereafter, login using your matric number as the username and password after choosing “student” and “Current Student” respectively. Note that Fresh students are to use their Admission Number.
Step 3 – Then click on the fee instalment you intend to pay or click on ‘Pay Desired Fee’ and enter amount in the space provided to pay either: (i) ‘ON LINE’ OR (ii) ‘AT ANY BANK’
Step 4 – To pay online, Click on ‘Pay ONLINE’ and follow the link to pay online. OR
Step 5 – To pay at any bank, simply Click on ‘PAY THROUGH BANK BRANCH’ and copy the RRR Number or print out the page containing RRR Number from the platform to pay your fee at any bank via remita link platform.
Step 6 – After successful transaction, print out the slip and submit at University Bursary to obtain official receipt.
Step 7 – Pay ACU Student Assembly (ACUSA) fee directly to the association and collect receipt at their Secretariat4. Payment of personal cheque is NOT acceptable.
