AIFPU prohibit undertaking students final clearance process by proxy

This is to inform you that at its Extra-Ordinary Meeting held on Wednesday, April 6, 2022 the Academic Board noted with concern the reoccurring sharp practices engaged by individuals hired by graduating students to undertake their final clearance process to enable them to receive their Statements of Result.

The Board noted that such proxies usually present fake Statements of Results to their unsuspecting beneficiaries which culminates in their expulsion from the Polytechnic.

The Board, therefore, directed that, henceforth, clearance of student(s) by proxy is prohibited and defaulters would be sanctioned appropriately.

The decision of the Academic Board is hereby communicated to you for your information and strict compliance.
