African Coding Network Scholarships for Young Africans 2022

Applications are opened for young Africans to apply for the African Coding Network Scholarships 2022. The scholarship will lead to the award of a professional certificate in partnership with Grow with Google and Facebook (Meta) Blueprint.

The professional certificate programmes are 3-6 month-long and is fully online where participants from anywhere can learn at their own pace with support from the African Coding Network at every step of the way.

Aim and Benefits of African Coding Network Scholarships

Applicants who are successful can pick any one of the highly in-demand programmes to nurture their skills that lead to employability. Grow with Google provides training in:

  • Data Analytics,
  • IT Support,
  • Project Management,
  • UX/UI Design

The programmes provided by Meta Blueprint includes:

  • Facebook Social Media Marketing,
  • Facebook Marketing Analytics and more.

Requirements for African Coding Network Scholarships Qualification

To be eligible for the Tech Scholarships 2022, applicants must meet the following requirements:

  • Applicants must be an African citizen between the age of 18-35 years.
  • Basic understanding of English is preferable as the aptitude test assessment do have an English literacy component. Though courses may be taken in French.
  • Must demonstrate great academic and leadership abilities.

Interview date, Process and Venue for African Coding Network Scholarships

To apply for these learning pathways, you must complete the aptitude test. If you already have completed the aptitude test you do not need to do it again

The aptitude test takes about an hour to complete and helps us assess your skills so that we can share top performers with partners who may have some learning or earning opportunities available.
