An applicant for admission to a Masters Degree Programme shall be a graduate of Air Force Institute of Technology, or any other approved polytechnic with not less than Second Lass (lower Division).

How To Apply For AFIT Postgraduate Admission Form

For a successful application, candidates are expected to complete two basic registration processes as explained below:

PAYMENT ONLINE:

Step 1 – Applicants are to complete the postgraduate forms on the school’s PG portal @ spgs.afit.edu.ng by creating a new user account by clicking on New Postgraduate Application then proceed to make payment of the sum of N10,000.00 only via the available Online Payment Platform. There is no account no, applicants should simply enter their Debit card details to make the payment. The system is secured and will never store your card information.

Step 2 – After a successful payment, the portal will redirect you back to the Application portal and enable you to proceed with your bio-data information.

APPLYING ONLINE: 

Step 1 – Applicants are expected to fill all necessary fields on the application portal. Please submit the online admissions application, completing all required fields. The online application can be completed in several sessions.

Step 2 – You can save and come back later to complete your application.

Note however you must remember your EMAIL and generated PASSWORD because you will require them to resume your application.

Step 3 – To use the online Web application, you will need to have Internet Explorer 4.0 or Netscape version 4.0 or higher.

Step 4 – Use the ‘Step’ functions to navigate to a previous page in your application. Use mixed (proper) case when supplying name information. Mixed case refers to capitalizing the first letter of each word of a proper noun.

Step 5 – Your application must be accompanied by a clear scanned photograph of yourself (Full face frontal poses with both eyes visible, without any glasses, head or ear covering. The full face pose must cover 70-80% of the photo. Your photo must not be above 50Kb of size. Picture can be saved in any of the following formats: JPEG, PNG or Bitmap).

Please note that you maybe be disqualified if your picture does not meet the above specification.

Step 6 – After submitting your application online, ensure that you print a copy of the application for your records.

Correcting an Online Application

Once your application has been submitted (accomplished by hitting the ‘submit’ button at the end of the form), you cannot make corrections to it online. Please review your application carefully before you submit.
