The attention of the Governing authorities of Abia State University has been drawn to nefarious and mischevimis activities of some miscreants who go about, under different guises, collecting money from unsuspecting members of the public, purportedly for admission into academic programmes of the University.
Admission into academic programmes of the University are very transparent, purely based on merit and followed laid down procedures as prescribed by JAMB.
The public should report any public request for money for admission into academic programmes of the University, to the appropriate authorities of the University, for investigation and appropriate disciplinary action.
