This is to inform all fresh and returning students of Afe Babalola University that the management of the institution is yet to announce the resumption date for fresh and returning students via the recently published academic calendar for the academic session.
According to the management, returning students are to resume exactly two weeks after the resumption of fresh students. This is the norm practiced in most schools. This would give fresh students the needed time to bond register with ease knowing-fully that they (fresh students) are still new to the system.
The academic activities for the 2024/2025 academic session has been designed to run for a period of 4 months approximately. All academic and non-academic activities have been scheduled to take place within the 3 to 4 months period.
ABUAD RESUMPTION DATE FOR FRESH AND RETURNING STUDENTS
The management of ABUAD has announced that the date for resumption for fresh and returning students for first semester is as follows;
Fresh Undergraduates
- Monday, 19th September, 2022 — College of Engineering
- Tuesday, 20th September, 2022 — College of Law
- Wednesday, 21st September, 2022 — College of Medicine and Health Sciences
- Thursday, 22nd September, 2022 — College of Sciences/ College of Pharmacy
- Friday, 23rd September, 2022 — College of Social and Management Sciences
Note: Returning students are not to resume alongside new students as compliance with the resumption dates will be fully applied.
Returning Undergraduates
- Monday, 26th September, 2022 — College of Engineering
- Tuesday, 27th September, 2022 — College of Law
- Wednesday, 28th September, 2022 — College of Medicine and Health Sciences
- Thursday, 29th September, 2022 — College of Sciences/ College of Pharmacy
- Friday, 30th September, 2022 — College of Social and Management Sciences
Students are advised to be law abiding and continue with their studies at their various places of abodes as school will resume on the above date.
IMPORTANT NOTE
Payment of school fees and acceptance fee plus all compulsory registrations for fresh and returning students would kick off immediately upon resumption.
If there are adjustments in to ABUAD resumption date for 2024/2025 academic session, the management will duly inform us and I shall make changes where necessary.
