ABU Post-UTME/DE 2020: Cut-off mark, Eligibility, Screening Dates and Registration Details

ABU Post-UTME/DE registration, cut-off mark, eligibility, application cost, screening dates, and other relevant information for the 2020/2021 academic session are out. The cut-off mark is 180. The cost is N2000. The registration period is October 12th - November 14th, 2020. See full details below;

This is to inform all UTME/DE candidates who applied for admission into Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria for the 2020/2021 academic session and registered online for the screening exercise from Monday 12th October to Saturday 14th November 2020.

ELIGIBILITY

  1. Only Candidates with UTME score of 180 and above are eligible to register for the screening who scored 180 and above in UTME for all courses.
  2. Candidates must have chosen Ahmadu Bello University as their first choice.

DIRECT ENTRY CANDIDATES ARE ONLY REQUIRED TO PAY SCREENING FEE AND REGISTER AS WELL AS UPLOAD A SCANNED COPY OF THEIR GCE ADVANCED LEVEL, IJMB, NCE OR DIPLOMA RESULT. 

METHOD OF APPLICATION

To register, candidates are required to log into https://putme.abu.edu.ng or click on 2020/2021 Post-UTME Registration on the Ahmadu Bello University website https://abu.edu.ng.

Applicants are required to pay the sum of Two Thousand Naira (N2000.00) only as screening fee.
Payment can either be made via Remita using any acceptable debit card (Visa, verve and Master Card) OR by printing the Remita retrieval Reference (RRR) slip and proceed to any commercial Bank. Candidates need not travel to Zaria to make payment.

 The date and modality of the actual screening exercise for UTME candidates woud be announced later. Candidates should report to the venue of screening indicated on their Post-UTME slip at least one hour before the scheduled time. Candidates are also advised to get the official ABU Post-UTME Past questions and Answers. This will enable them prepare adequately for the screening exercise. CLICK HERE now to get yours.

Any UTME/DE candidate who fails to REGISTER for the screening exercise will not be eligible for admission into the university.
