ABSU Supplementary Post UTME Screening Exercise 2024/2025 Session Announced

The management of Abia State University wishes to inform all candidates that registered for ABSU supplementary post UTME screening exercise for 2024/2025 academic session that screening dates for candidates that missed out on the screening exercise and meet the following criteria are eligible to participate;

  1. Candidates who missed the screening test held between 19th and 21st of October
  2. Candidate who selected ABSU as their 1st or 2nd choice of university and those who want to study at Abia state university but did not register ABSU as their preferred choice of institution in their UTME.
  3. Candidates who scored at least 140 and above in the 2024 UTME.
  4. Candidates who possess at least 5 credit passes in their O’level in accordance with the university’s requirements.
  5. All DE candidates.

Candidates are advised to check for their respective screening dates as anyone who misses this date has automatically lost out of the admission process for this session.

How To Apply for ABSU Supplementary Post UTME Screening Exercise

To register for the supplementary screening exercise, please follow the steps below;

STEP 1 – Candidates are to register for the supplementary screening exercise online by visiting Abia state university’s website at www.abiastateuniversity.edu.ng and make an epayment of 2,000 naira into any of the underlisted banks;

  • ABSU Micro finance bank, Uturu
  • Ecobank
  • Zenith Bank
  • Fidelity Bank
  • Union Bank of Nigeria
  • UBA
  • Payment via debit cards

STEP 2 – Candidates who do not register for the supplementary post UTME screening exercise will not be eligible for admission.

ABSU Supplementary Post UTME Screening Exercise Date

Date: 16th December, 2022.

Venue: Abia State University, Uturu Campus

Time: 10:00 AM

The Screening Exercise shall be conducted using the Computer Based Test (CBT) mode. All candidates are expected to be seated, latest one hour before the stipulated time for their screening exercise
