Requirements for Absa SHE STARS Program Qualification
Please familiarise yourself with the eligibility criteria below. Only customers that fulfil these criteria are eligible to apply. Applicants who do not meet these criteria will not be considered.
- Lead a business or a corporate business unit with an annual turnover of more than Ksh 30 million.
- Have business development mentorship experience for at least 5 years
- Experience in engaging with MSMEs.
- The business should be solving a challenge within the following sectors: Agribusiness value chains, Hospitality & Tourism, Retail & Wholesale, Manufacturing, Education, Information and Communications Technology, Business Services (consultancy and basic services), Textile & Clothing, and Waste Management & Sanitation.
