I will list the hostel fees below so it is up to you to decide if you are going to be interested in making use of the school hostel or renting a room outside the AAUEKPOMA campus. Please note that hostel accommodation in AAUEKPOMA is not compulsory. However, it is advised that fresh students especially stay within the school campus at least in their first year.

AAUEKPOMA HOSTEL ACCOMMODATION FEE 2024/2025 ACADEMIC SESSION
Below is the hostel accommodation fee for all hostels in AAUEKPOMA. The hostel accommodation is for both fresh and returning students for 2024/2025 academic session.
Hostel Accommodation Fee is between 21,000 to 25,000 Naira per student depending on the hostel.

HOW TO APPLY FOR AAUEKPOMA HOSTEL ACCOMMODATION 2024/2025 SESSION
On how to apply for AAUEKPOMA hostel accommodation fee, newly admitted students are to follow the steps below:
Step 1: Login to your account
Go to the portal https://aaue.waeup.org and click on the “Login” button. Enter your username (e.g., E2015171) and password (e.g., 234052).
Step 2: Payment for Bed Allocation Fee
– Once logged in, click on the “My Data” tab at the top of the page and select “Payments.”
– Click on the “Add Online Payment Ticket” button.
– Under “Category,” choose “Bed Allocation Fee.”
– Click on the Payment ID of the ticket that has been created.
– On the new page, click on ‘CollegePAY’ located at the top of the page.
You will see a confirmation page with your payment details; please verify If all information is correct, then click on “Submit” to proceed with the payment via the Interswitch payment gateway.
– Choose your card type (Verve or Master Card) and enter your card details. Then click on “Pay.” Remember, the CVV2 is the 3-digit number printed at the back of your card.
– Once the payment is successful, make sure to copy the Activation Code displayed on the payment slip (e.g., HOS-0-1009300017). You will need this code for booking accommodation later.
Step 3: Booking and Payment for Accommodation
– Still under “My Data” tab, click on “Accommodation Data.”
– Select the Hostel of your choice and click “Save.”
– Click on “Book Accommodation” and enter the Activation Code from the Bed Allocation Fee payment slip.
Payment Instruction for Hostel Accommodation Fee
– Go back to “My Data” tab, and click on “Payments.”
– Click on the “Add Online Payment Ticket” button.
– Under “Category,” select “Hostel Accommodation Fee.”
– Click on the Payment_ID of the ticket that has been created.
– On the new page, click on ‘CollegePAY’ located at the top of the page. You will see a confirmation page with your payment details; please verify if all information is correct, click on “Submit” to proceed with the payment via the Interswitch payment gateway.
– Choose your card type (Verve or Master Card) and enter your card details. Then click on “Pay.” Remember, the CVV2 is the 3-digit number printed at the back of your card. – After successful payment, download and print your payment slips for the session. You will need to present these for clearance with the hostel facility managers.
NOTE:
- Students that require space in any of the reserved halls should submit their payment slip to student affairs.
- AAUEKPOMA bed space allocation will be on ‘FIRST COME FIRST SERVE BASIS’ as hostel accommodation is limited.
