All Clinical students of Ambrose Alli University are hereby informed that they are to commence their online hostel application after payment of their 2012/2013 academic session school fees on the cPortal from Tuesday, 17th December 2013 guided by the procedure stated below:
1. Click on accommodation to apply for hostel after payment of the 2012/2013 session school fees.
2. Select the desired hostel from the list.
3. If the desired hostel is not available, please select the next available hostel of your choice.
4. Click on the submit button to complete the application process.
5. Print out a copy of the hostel application form and proceed to the designated bank (First City Monument Bank, Plc, Ekpoma) to purchase the eTranzact payment voucher (PIN).
6. Visit the cPortal at www.myaau.com and follow the instructions as outlined to make online payments for the selected hostel.
7. Take the printed copies of both the school fees and hostel accommodation fee from the cPortal to the University Bursary for conversion to the University receipt.
8. Take the University receipts (both school fees and hostel accommodation receipt) and the printed copy of the hostel accommodation slip to the Student’s Affairs Division for allocation of room and bed space.
