The management of Ambrose Alli University, Ekpoma has announced to the general public especially newly admitted students that the Matriculation Ceremony for freshers who recently got admitted into AAU Ekpoma for the 2024/2025 academic session has been announced.
Every student participating in the Matriculation exercise students is mandated to be present at the venue for procession according to their respective Faculties by 10:am at the venue.
Please note that this matriculation ceremony is compulsory for all newly admitted students that gained admission into AAU Ekpoma either via UTME or Direct Entry method as attendance will be taken because you will be required to sign the Matriculation Register immediately after the event is over.
AAU Ekpoma Matriculation Ceremony Details
All students admitted into the various programmes in the University are, by this notice, informed of the 2024/2025 Matriculation Ceremony scheduled as follows:
- Date: Friday, 17th May 2024
- Venue: International Conference/Student Centre
- Time: 10am prompt
Consequently, all admitted students (UTME, IJMB and DE) are to pick up their Matriculation Gowns from the office of the Faculty Officers attached to their Faculties.
Please note that, as new students, the hiring of Matriculation Gowns have already been paid for as part of your acceptance fees. However, only students who have paid their school fees and have matriculation numbers generated from the portal, will be entitled to the collection of the gowns.
Opening date for the collection of the Matriculation Gowns is Friday, 10th May, 2024 and closes on Thursday, 16th May, 2024.
All Deans, the Principal Assistant Registrar (AVD), All Faculty Officers, the University Bursar and the Director of ICT are to ensure the implementation of this notice.
