The management of Ambrose Alli University, Ekpoma, has taken a major move towards significantly enhancing its service delivery with the introduction of the IMPACT 7 digital platform. The recently Launched innovative platform aims to improve efficiency, accuracy, and responsiveness to both fresh and returning students, alumni, as well as the broader university community at large
The IMPACT 7 Digital Platform, according to Dr. O.M. Iniaghe, the Acting Director of Information and Communication Technology (ICT), resolves the challenges of prompt attention and transcript issuance. In his words, “We can now handle large volumes of requests within 48 hours, eliminating unnecessary bottlenecks and errors through our feedback mechanism.”
He further emphasized that “alumni will receive real-time email updates on transcript and WES verification requests, from application to dispatch, eliminating the need for third-party checks. To utilize this service, applicants simply need to provide their correct personal email during the application process.
“The moment your application is received, we’ll notify you via email. We’ll keep you updated throughout the process until delivery,” Dr. Iniaghe explained.
This initiative aims to restore confidence among alumni, the public, and the university community, ensuring swift satisfaction of service requests.
For updates on submissions prior to November 1, 2024, alumni can email [email protected].
This development aligns with Ambrose Ali University’s commitment towards improving transcript processing times, as evidenced by their reviewed transcript issuance policy. With the IMPACT 7 digital platform, AAU Ekpoma reaffirms its dedication to efficient service delivery.
