A15-year-old SS 2 student of Ceder International College, Abuja, named Nimota Olatunde, has been declared missing after taking permission to fix her torn school uniform by a school gate.
The mother of the missing student, Juliana Olajide, who lives in Jos, said Olatunde was last seen in her school on Wednesday, April 28, 2021, and according to the school authorities, she had gone out to sew her torn school skirt just by the school gate.
According to the school management, Olatunde was permitted to pass through the primary section gate instead of the main entrance gate because of the way the skirt was torn. The school tailor, however, said that the student never showed up at the shop on the said day.
The school principal, Olukotun Segun, said the case was already being investigated by the police.
